Adults:
Preventative: Dissolve 2 tablets in a clean mouth 3 times daily for seven days prior to the winter season. Thereafter, dissolve 2 tablets in a clean mouth 3 times daily when exposed to germs, including when traveling by air or public transport.
Acute: Take one dose every 30 minutes until symptoms begin to subside.
