What is the proper dosage?

Each Natural Moves tablet includes 575g of fresh, high quality herbs in therapeutic dosage. Dosage depends on individual needs. Take two tablets when needed with a glass of water or milk at night to easily support a normal bowel movement upon awakening.

Ongoing Use if needed: Take 1/2 to one tablet every morning and two tablets at night. For added benefit, use together with our Triple Complex Digestion Tonic.

Children between the ages of 6 - 12: For occasional use take 1/2 of a tablet at night when needed. Tablets may be crushed and mixed with a little food for those who prefer not to swallow them whole.
